Our New Year's Eve red carpet event will include champagne on arrival, live entertainment and a 10 course degustation menu.



  • Yuzu Scallops - Grilled scallops with yuzu mayo 

  • King crab leg - Giant king crab leg & yuzu dressing and caviar

  • Wagyu Tartare - Shallot , fresh truffle, olive oil dressing and crackers 

  • East Coast large oyster

Sashimi & Sushi Platter

  • Tuna Toro, thincut hamachi with yuzu truffle, Japanese uni, Shimma Aji, live lobster, salmon.

  • Wagyu foie gras nigiri, Unagi roll, Wagyu roll.

Main Course 

  • Grilled Chilian sea bass - arima sansho sauce & tomato salad

  • Grilled Australian wagyu strip loin - pink salt, wasabi sauce, herbs, salad and cured pear

  • Grilled New Zealand lamb chop - cucumber and korean spicy sauce


Dessert Platter
  • Baked cheesecake, creme brulee and fresh fruits
